What we automate

Six jobs Gotilo takes off your gate and yard.

Gate, yard, rail, weighbridge, vessel and safety. All six run on one deployment, so a container stays identified from the moment it reaches your lane to the moment it leaves, and every handover in between is on record.

Gate automation and damage capture

ISO 6346 codes read on moving containers, in rain, glare and floodlight. The number, the plate and any panel damage reach your TOS as one record with the frame that proves it, and no clerk retypes a thing.

Yard planning and container search

Every box carries a live slot position and a full movement history. When someone asks where TGHU 784512 is, the answer is on screen in seconds instead of a radio call and a drive around the stack.

Rail and rake automation

Containers read along with damage capture as the wagons move past, in both directions, without anyone walking the rake with a clipboard. The siding produces the same clean record your road gate does.

Weighbridge automation

The vehicle and the container are identified the moment they sit on the platform, so the weight ticket is written against the right box. No transposed digits, no ticket matched to the wrong truck.

Shipboard monitoring

Questions we get before every pilot.

On a tuned deployment we hold above 99 percent on ISO 6346 codes in normal gate conditions, including night operation. We publish the number measured on your own footage during the proof of concept, not a lab figure.

A proof of concept on existing cameras usually runs two to four weeks. A full gate deployment with new optics, edge hardware and integration typically lands in six to ten weeks depending on civil work and TOS access.

Not always. We start by testing your existing feeds. Where a read is physically impossible, for example a wrong angle or no illumination on a night lane, we specify the exact camera and lighting for that position only.

On your site. Inference runs at the edge and footage stays inside your network unless you ask for a cloud dashboard. We work to DPDPA requirements and sign data processing terms before the pilot starts.

Yes. We push events over REST, message queue or direct database write, whichever your team supports, and we handle the mapping. Existing integrations cover common terminal operating systems, VMS platforms and gate controllers.

A one time deployment cost for hardware, integration and model tuning, then an annual platform and support fee per site. Pricing depends on lanes, cameras and use cases, and we quote it after a site survey.
