Problem

The printing appears flawless on empty bottles, but once the bottles are filled with fluid, bubbles & other, anomalies form under the print.

  • Need to QC again after the Filling of Fluid
  • Manual Process is prone to errors & hence customer dissatisfaction rates are high.

Deployed a Computer Vision based system with Industrial cameras fitted on a Conveyor Belt.

  • We fitted Line Cameras and Area Cameras to capture the image correctly.
  • A Desktop system at the production line analyses the Bottle images in real-time and displays whether there is an anomaly or not.
