We create a Centralised Learning Management System featuring:

• Two Sub-portals: Trainee Portal & Mentor/Trainer Portal.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model for managing roles
• Customise task assignments (Levels: Department wise, Group wise, or individual wise)
• Integrated chat support for real-time communication between trainees and mentors/trainers
